How about returns or exchanges?

Exchange or money back is possible within 14 days. Please note that the costs of returning are for your own account. In case of incorrect delivery or damage to the delivered item, we will bear the return costs. In case of damage or defects to the purchased canoe, kayak or sit on top or related items, you must contact us within 3 days. When purchasing and delivering a canoe or kayak, a kilometer price will be calculated in consultation with the buyer, depending on the distance of delivery from Heerenveen. Upon delivery, the supplier will check the delivered item together with you. 

What about warranty conditions?

For normal private use, we provide a 24-month warranty on the hull of the canoe, kayak or sitontop and a 7-year warranty on UV resistance. If for any reason a defect occurs after 24 months, we would like to hear this and we will look for a possible solution together with you. We do not consider ourselves liable for the consequences of the use and / or improper use of the purchased items.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?

Small goods that can be sent by post are sent within two to three days via PostNL and the normal PostNL rate is charged for this. Expect delivery between 2 and 5 days. We cannot send goods with a size larger than 176 × 78 × 58 cm via PostNL and we will have to arrange separate transport for them. We try to do this as quickly as possible. As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to schedule the delivery (in consultation 1 to 10 days). Costs are 50 euros for delivery within 100 km, and 100 euros for delivery in areas beyond. If several canoes or kayaks are purchased, delivery will of course only be charged once.
